In the heart of rural Utah, the Lovell family recounts the harrowing tale of nuclear testing’s shadowy legacy and impact on innocent civilians. Embarked upon by two ambitious film students, this deeply personal endeavor unfolded over multiple trips to Delta, Utah, capturing the region’s stunning landscapes and delving into the poignant narratives of the director’s extended family. Initially conceived as a classroom assignment, this project blossomed into a labor of love that spanned nine determined months.
