Memory Now

As a Chinese adoptee, I wanted to create something that resonated with me. While what is depicted in my film is not a direct, personal experience, that feeling of curiosity about the country of your birth – and especially the struggle of wanting to understand a part of who you are – is something I’m sure many can relate to, adoptees or not.
