Following the screening, we invite you to stay for a filmmaker talkback and a panel discussion facilitated by UWIFT, focused on gender equity in Utah’s film industry. The conversation will feature local industry leaders who have helped pave the way through their experience, advocacy, and leadership.

Our goal is to foster a meaningful dialogue and create space to hear directly from the audience about the questions, challenges, and ideas most relevant to them right now.

Artist Foundry and Utah Women in Film & Television (UWIFT) are also excited to use this moment to announce our official partnership. UWIFT will now be folded into Utah Film Center as a program of the Artist Foundry. We invite Artist Foundry members to get involved as we build and shape this collaboration together.

How the subtext of a film is conveyed, depends on the point of view of the artist and their life experiences.
